This module sets the foundation for deeper enterprise strategy work covered in the full Enterprise Sales Course. It explores how the font marketplace operates, how corporate procurement teams approach it, and what this means for foundries.

We will look at key considerations for setting up e-commerce platforms to support enterprise sales, rather than block them.
The seminar will also cover common usage extensions (EULA extensions) and high-level pricing options for e-commerce.

Note: This is not an in-depth session on e-commerce pricing or website design. It is enterprise focused.

Seminar 2: The Enterprise Sales Value Decision

How to know what you should price without leaving money on the table.

This is a juicy module with questions and strategies to help you price 6 and 7 figure contracts confidently. Focusing on pricing perpetual and unlimited agreements, why one-size-fits-all doesn’t work, and wording tips that save foundries a lot of time.

This session was meant to be 45 minutes, but lasted for 1hr 20. Every minute packed with essential information if you work at an enterprise level, or desire to in the future.

Note: I share some broad pricing guidelines but cannot give specific pricing multipliers.

Seminar 3: Email Psychology (Pricing Proposals)

This is a focused and highly valuable session.

We will review email pricing templates, which you will receive as part of the course material.

I will also share tips to help you increase licence value and speed up contract agreements.
