    We look at key considerations for setting up e-commerce platforms to support enterprise sales, rather than block them.

    The seminar will also cover common usage extensions (EULA extensions) and high-level pricing options for e-commerce.

The Enterprise Sales Decision

How to know what you should price without leaving money on the table.

  • This is a juicy module with questions and strategies to help you price 6 and 7 figure contracts confidently. Focusing on pricing perpetual and unlimited agreements, why one-size-fits-all doesn’t work, and wording tips that save foundries a lot of time.

    This session was meant to be 45 minutes, but lasted for 1hr 20. Every minute packed with essential information if you work at an enterprise level, or desire to in the future.

  • This is a focused and highly valuable session.

Psychology of the Sale

  • In this session we look at what the buyer is really thinking and how this shapes pricing, negotiation, and decision-making. Just as importantly, we’ll explore the mindset of the seller or the person leading the conversation, which can often influence the outcome more than any strategy or pricing model.

    The aim is to help you approach commercial discussions with clarity, confidence, and presence. But mindset work doesn’t stop at knowing what to say. It also means noticing the beliefs that might still be in the way.

    Do you truly believe high six- or seven-figure deals are possible for you? It starts by becoming aware of what you're telling yourself and working with it, rather than being limited by it.

Infringement Strategy

  • This session brings together two key elements of infringement work: the wider strategy and the practical outreach.

    We explore what a foundry can actually do in the face of infringement, including how to work with third parties, gather evidence of past use, apply pricing strategies, and understand typical conversion rates. We’ll also cover how to identify the right contacts inside a non-compliant organisation - and what to do once you find them.

    The second half focuses on outreach: how to write emails that get read, and responses that move things forward. You’ll get seven distinct email templates, along with detailed guidance on when and how to use them.

    However, if your foundry also offers services to others (e.g. consulting, infringement spotting or representation), this material is not authorised for external sharing or use beyond your own team.

  • No. The recordings can not be downloaded, copied, or shared outside your foundry. Your purchase grants access and internal usage rights only.
